Storia

Le unità RL01 e RL02 sono unità a disco magnetico a testa mobile prodotte da Digital Equipment Corporation per i microcomputer PDP-8 e PDP-11. 

Caratteristiche

Le unità RL01 e RL02 memorizzano rispettivamente circa 5 MB e 10 MB, utilizzando una cartuccia dati rimovibile. 

Le unità sono generalmente montate in un rack standard da 19″ e pesano 34 kg. 

È possibile utilizzare fino a quattro unità RL02 o RL01, in qualsiasi combinazione, da un singolo controller.
